Job description
Require a Performance and result driven IT Sales Manager who is an expertise IT Domain and marketing and who is aware of the latest Technology, Niche skills and its market value. A Dynamis Person who is well versed with Client management Activities.
Roles and responbilities
· Strong Expertise in Domestic Recruitment
· Organizational Development, Result/ Goal Oriented,
· Strong and excellent Communication, Written for effective dealing with all types of Clients.
· Should be able to generate New Leads (Client) every month.
· Should be able to developer healthy relationship with client to get new requirements (Positions) every month.
· In depth knowledge of market situation related to IT domain and Technologies as they must he/she must explain to client the current trending IT skill along with the market value (Billing rate)
· Should be a good negotiator as they must negotiate good deals with respective the Vendor cost, billing rat etc.
· Should have minimum 3+ years in C2H (Contractual to hire) staffing.
· Hands on Experience in Account management, Client Handling, Client Acquisition
· Should have hand on experience in Handling a team of recruiters and the HR team and in-depth knowledge on Staffing Industries.
· Having well connects with Top Notch HR’s, CEO, CFOs and decision makers.
· Should be willing to travel Pan-India to meet and Interact with Clients etc
Skills to be Required
· Client Management- Creating and Maintaining a data base for new / potential clients.
· Setting Targets to Sales team and Organization Revenue generation.
· A SPOC between the Client and the Organization.
· A multi taskers in terms of HR and IT Sales & Marketing.
· Growth Facilitator and revenue generation
